Request a return within 7 days of delivery
Open the order in your account and choose the items you want to send back
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for unopened products. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Only unopened, unused products in their original condition are eligible for return. Perishable items like honey cannot be returned once opened.
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label. Returns are free for defective products.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We offer exchanges for defective products or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange an exchange for the correct product.
